We offer a wide range of custom fabrication products such as full exhaust systems – mandrel and standard, turbo manifolds, boost pipes, plenums, downpipes, branches, strut & stabiliser bars and induction systems.

EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Be it for vanity or performance, there are numerous benefits to adding a performance exhaust system to your vehicle. Installing a performance exhaust system will not only make your car sound good, it will help it to run more efficiently. An upgraded exhaust allows for better flow and increases power output, fuel efficiency, and sound.

TURBO MANIFOLDS

We offer custom fabrication on all turbo manifolds, log or tubular. Tubular manifolds are more efficient when compared to a log manifold. They offer superior flow characteristics, and offer less back flow of exhaust gases back into the motor. Tubular manifolds are recommended when searching for performance gains.

INDUCTION SYSTEMS

Induction kits replace the standard air box completely. They channel more oxygen into the engine, thus maximising performance and amplifying the induction sound of your engine. Turbo cars can expect quick gains when fitting an induction kit, however it is a benefit in every engine configuration. We offer complete custom induction kits and aftermarket installations.

BOOST PIPES

Upgraded boost pipes allow for better flow between the engine and turbo. There is not much gains in power when upgrading your boost pipe however this is a supporting mod which is stronger than it’s plastic counterpart and recommended for those running tunes (higher boost).

PLENUMS

The intake plenum is a part of your vehicle’s intake manifold. The primary function of the intake manifold is to transfer the fuel-air mixture to the cylinders. During the fuel distribution, the pressure in the manifold should be higher than that in the cylinders during their intake stroke.

INTERCOOLER KITS

The real magic of installing an aftermarket turbo intercooler is the ability to run a more aggressive tune without running into detonation. A larger intercooler is also less susceptible to heat soaking, which means you can stay out on the drag strip or race track longer without losing power. We offer custom intercooler kits and aftermarket installations.
