Giving a tired engine a new lease of life, we deconstruct your current engine and insert new internals. This generally involves new cylinders, valves, springs, etc.
Everything for top & bottom-end, for when those unforeseen disasters happen or if you just wanting to build a fresh engine. Engine rebuilds could vary from the use of brand new components or the replacement of failed components. An engine is disassembled and its internal components are inspected, cleaned, or replaced. A very thorough process, requiring lots of time and close attention to detail.
An engine swap is the process of removing a car’s original engine and replacing it with another. It is usually done because of prior engine failure or to install a different engine, with one that is more powerful and/or economical.
A turbocharger consists of three major components: the turbine, the compressor, and the bearing system that supports the turbine shaft, connecting the turbine and compressor wheels together. Over time, these components can wear and as a result a turbo rebuild needs to take place. Turbos are designed to last the lifetime of a vehicle (approximately 250 000 km+-) but hard driving, oil starvation and general wear and tear can shorten it’s lifespan.
We offer diagnostic tests which can reveal problems with the major components of a car, as well as performance issues realted to the fuel injectors, air flow, coolant, ignition coils, and throttle etc.
